The thesis assesses the financial condition of ForPOSTA S.A., a company listed on the NewConnect alternative market and operating in the postal services sector. It presents the theoretical foundations and methods of financial analysis, describes the courier, express and parcel (KEP) market and the company’s activities, and evaluates the company using preliminary analysis and financial-ratio analysis. The empirical study covers 2017–2021 and draws on financial statements, annual and industry reports, EMIS and Notoria Serwis databases, company websites, books, journals and legal acts. The thesis concludes that the company’s financial condition was weak during the period studied: revenues declined, the company recorded losses, asset levels decreased, asset turnover was low, and financial liquidity showed a varied picture.
